Here to help, whoever you are
Whether you are a parent, carer, employer, education professional or medical professional, Rise and Overcome is here to help.
Rise and Overcome was founded by Alison Sauer and Jake Damson. Alison has worked in SEND and alternative education for around 25 years and is a respected advocate in SEND, child protection and elective home education. She is the main advocate for children and families, and a National Autistic Society licensed trainer.
Jake brings qualifications in psychology and psychotherapy and more than a decade of experience with adults, families, healthcare and organisations. Both know the SEND system from the inside, through their own families and childhoods.
